Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about lead time, delivery, and what happens when your piece leaves our studio. Last updated: April 2026
Lead Time
Why the wait? Real pouring, real curing, real finishing. Our resin needs 72+ hours to cure fully per pour. Each piece then gets cleaned, inspected, signed, and photographed before we pack it for shipping. No shortcuts — that's the whole point.
Shipping Method
- Free US Ground Shipping on every order — no minimum, no codes needed.
- Carriers: USPS or UPS (whichever serves your address faster).
- Transit time after shipping: typically 3–5 business days to most US addresses.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email the day your piece leaves our studio.
International Orders
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — if you're outside the US and want one, email us and we'll add you to the waitlist.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email us within 48 hours of placing your order. We can swap it before the piece enters the pour queue. After that window, changes may not be possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't there:
- First, check with neighbors and your local delivery hub — over half of reported "lost" packages turn up within 24 hours.
- If it's still missing 48 hours after the "delivered" timestamp, email us.
- We'll open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement from the next batch.
Damaged On Arrival
Rare — but it happens. Resin is tough, but shipping carriers occasionally aren't. If your piece arrives damaged:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged piece AND the box (we need both for the carrier claim).
- We'll ship a replacement from the next batch with priority — no need to return the damaged piece.
