Refund Policy
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and what happens if your piece isn't right. Last updated: April 2026
The 30-Day Guarantee
Plug it in. Turn it on. If it doesn't make you (or whoever you gave it to) grin like an idiot within 30 days of delivery — send it back. We refund every cent. You keep the bonus Cinematic Display Guide on us. No forms, no runaround.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@kaijukiln.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Include:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- A one-line reason (optional — it helps us improve, but it's not required)
We'll send return instructions within 24 hours on weekdays.
Return Shipping
For US orders, return shipping is on us — we'll email you a prepaid label. Pack the lamp in the original box with the original packing materials so it survives the return trip in one piece.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return arrives at our studio, we inspect the piece and issue your refund within 5 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Banks and card networks typically take another 3–10 business days to display the refund on your statement — that part is out of our hands, but it always lands.
Damaged On Arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, don't return it — email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage AND the box. We'll ship a replacement from the next batch with priority. You keep the damaged piece (or toss it — your call).
What's Not Refundable
- Custom commissions or personalized pieces (none currently offered — if we add them, they'll be clearly marked at the order page)
- Orders beyond the 30-day window from delivery date
- Pieces damaged through misuse (dropped, submerged in water, modified or taken apart)
Order Cancellations
Because each piece is poured to order, we can only cancel within 48 hours of your order being placed — before the piece enters the pour queue. After that window, the refund process above applies instead.
